Office Manager / Administrator:
The Office Manager / Administrator supports all levels of management in the organization, as well as managing the paper flow of many critical documents flowing in and out of the office. This requires a keen eye for detail and ability to work efficiently and effectively in tracking, recording, filing, and processing our information, both physical and electronic documentation. The Office Administrator will also manage all supplies, equipment, employee functions, travel arrangements and other misc. office management duties required to ensure the success of efficiency of this fast paced organization.
The right candidate must possess the following skills / qualities:
Prior experience in a fast paced office environment.
Extremely detail oriented and organized.
Capable of handling / processing large amounts of paperwork efficiently and effectively.
Self-motivated and ability to Problem Solve on their own.
Ability to communicate well within and outside the organization.
Fast learner of processes and procedures.
Ability to create processes and procedures.
Proficient at multitasking and prioritizing.
Proficient in making travel arrangements.
Proficient with Microsoft Office (2010 preferably) and PC’s.
Ability to manage Office Supplies / Office Equipment / Office Functions.
Experienced with Event Planning / Coordination.
